Oilprice.com would be an easy and good enough source to get the information from--especially articles that show analyses of IEA and EIA publications. Do notice that there are subjective interests behind some of the articles, though not as much subjectivity or market pushing as one would read at, say,
Bloomberg.
It sure sounds like Venezuela does not have a free market anyhow, so how could Petrobras even have a chance? It would be told this arbitrary planned price, take it or leave it, and it would leave it.
