Well sure, they CAN drunk filtered water. They CAN drink acid too. Doesn’t mean its a good idea...

Plenty of small, cheap water filters remove lead and other minerals. I don’t doubt that filtered water will be safe to drink. Whether the lead-contaminated water is safe for showers is another question.

Just a note to you folks in Flint; Bottled water is still available at Walmart. I trust them a lot more than I do the Federals.
