Abigail Fisher, the plaintiff in the latest round of affirmative action cases heard before the Supreme Court, is the perfect villain in a liberal morality play about the evils of racism.

A massive blow from inferior Blacks, Hispanics, Native Americans, Native Hawaiians,
etal who will be working on our brains and hearts, building our tunnels and bridges, and
running our universities and government bureaucracies. Inferior in that "colored" people
with lower scores and ability will leap-frog over whites and Asians of superior scores
and abilities.

"I look to a day when people will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."

Sorry MLK but the "The New Jim Crow Law" has just been established.

Isn’t Kennedy one of the “international judges” like what’s her name. His comments are often more “social justice” than constitutional law.

using international law and social justice rather than the meaning of the US constitution.

As MLK said:

“I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.”

I don’t know about his kids, but I sure hold his niece - Alveda King, in high regard for her strong stance against abortion.

It’s sad. When I first saw obama running I thought “This is great, that a black guy can run for president.” Of course after listening to him for a little bit, he was just feeding off of the class warfare.

It could have been a HUGE change for America if he had held it up as “How far we have come, where a “negro” baby of the sixties could become President!” Instead, he has pushed race relations backwards 20 or 30 years.

And what REALLY gets me about this equal opportunity crap - rich Asians and other foreigners are getting the benefits of minority status as well - when it was really intended to give the blacks a help up.
