Antivaccine activists gleefully attack and dox a 12-year-old boy who made a pro-vaccine video

If there’s one thing I’ve learned about the antivaccine movement, it’s that its members dislike being criticized. Oh, hell, let’s be honest. The really, really hate criticism and react very, very badly to it. Whereas you or I or other skeptics might react to criticism by trying to address it using facts, science, and reason, the first reaction of many antivaccine loons is to attack, attack, attack.

Most have never soon a polio wars or cases of whooping cough or seen the damage done by measles

These are the scared tactic arguments used by doctors.

A) no vaccine provides guaranteed immunization (most only do partial or very temporary)

B) Sequelae from vaccines given to people without the right combination of bacteria available in their bodies are far worse and more permanent than risks from the diseases they attempt to prevent.

C) Very few cases of polio or measles type viruses have the horrific effects.

the best strategy is not to get the flu shot all the damned time (they hardly ever pick the right strain of flu to vaccinate against) , but only get vaccines for yourself and your children for ONLY the deadly horrible stuff and make sure to space them out reasonably.

Exactly. And also, one must have the freedom to choose which ones, and when.

Which has been TAKEN FROM US in the state of California where they want to force us to vaccinate our children multiple times with multiple shots of every vaccine, or they can’t attend any school, including home schools which much be filed with the state as well.

Freepers need to help the fight for FREEDOM to raise children as parents wish. FREEDOM from forced injections of drugs. A vaccine is a drug. We must have the freedom to resist this.

Not sure, I would have to do due diligence to come up with an informed answer to the question.

On this thread, I’m just critiquing the abysmal quality of the arguments being made, and feel confident that the immediate resort to gutter-level shit-throwing is a clear sign that the pro-vaccine arguments being made on this thread are not well-founded.

Have you been to a polio ward? I have. I have seen the awful effects of measles on young bodies including blindness and deafness. I know there have been deaths but I personally never saw one.

The fact that some foljs are willing to play with my health out of their ignorance is like a pacifist asking others to go to war for them.

Your arguments display a gross misunderstanding of science

Honestly, I don’t mind you calling me moron. But, when so-called Consevatives like you are quicker than the leftists at taking away our rights and forcing big government mandates on us, I get up tight...and glad that I have good guns.

You’re entire argument is an appeal to emotion. Who doesn’t know about diseases? You think your educating us Cretins? What’s wrong? Don’t trust your vaccine? Or do you just hate the fact that that people can make informed decisions based on freedom and conscience?

Just out of curiosity and not wanting to start an argument: would you have been against the small-pox vaccine?.

(Raising my hand, jumping in my seat like I have to pee) “Ask me, ask me!”

The smallpox vaccine in the 1950s was top science with great motivations for public health and profit. Excellence which our country could use more of today.

But science (learning, testing, proving) has moved on. Today we know that our bacterial biomes, different for every person, determine our health and our reactions to invasions into our bodies. Clearly a vaccine meant to help a person’s health, to add to his immunity rather than to tax it and possibly kill or injure him, needs to be formulated to do just that.

The 1950s vaccines are too primitive but since they are protected by the government for financial reasons, there is no incentive to create new.

It’s really just another way our government lies to us.

Then was it wrong for Polio vaccines and whooping cough vaccines back in the day to be mandatory for school attendance? The diseases were wiped out.

How Intersting that you have yet to answer my question. Mine is not an appeal to emotion but to science. Since the introduction of the polio vaccine the incidence of polio in the US is near zero..same with whooping cough, measles, mumps, and chicken pox. The fact it isn’t zero is because of turd world ears and folks like you

Good fun. I really feel bad though for introducing misogyny into the previously pure world of FR. I hope it doesn’t spread.

I read your posts...they do not answer my question nor do they address the science that is the basis for vaccines against the diseases I mentioned.

I also love when people blame the resurgence all on recent illegal immigrants. They never go one step further and ask why it is that all the illegals have these diseases.
