I don’t imagine the Banglededhi special forces give a damn about the gunman’s constitution rights, nor will they go to great lengths to save the hostages.
I remember an interview with Moshe Dayan after the raid on Entebbe. He was drawing a comparison between US and Israeli rescue missions.
The difference was in the mind set.
The US always acted in a manner that would attempt to save ALL the hostages, even if it meant some of the bad guys got away.
The Israelis always acted as if all the hostages were already dead...any that were saved were a bonus....but the bad guys paid.
The old Israeli mind set is what must be used by non-muslims today. These animals never have any desire to let hostages go. Their whole purpose is to kill everyone and gain martyrdom in the process. This is why the only approach to these hostage situations is to go in balls to the wall and take the bastards out as quickly as possible. DO NOT let them make calls to their controllers where their dying manifestos can be recorded and used to incite future scumbags. Go in hard and fast and realize that any hostages saved are a bonus.
