An elite Manhattan school is teaching white students as young as 6 that they’re born racist and should feel guilty benefiting from “white privilege,” while heaping praise and cupcakes on their black peers.
Administrators at the Bank Street School for Children on the Upper West Side claim it’s a novel approach to fighting discrimination, and that several other private New York schools are doing it, but even liberal parents aren’t buying it.
They complain the K-8 school of 430 kids is separating whites in classes where they’re made to feel awful about their “whiteness,” and all the “kids of color” in other rooms where they’re taught to feel proud about their race and are rewarded with treats and other privileges.
“Ever since Ferguson, the school has been increasing anti-white propaganda in its curriculum,” said a parent who requested anonymity because he has children currently enrolled in the school.
Bank Street has created a “dedicated space” in the school for “kids of color,” where they’re “embraced” by minority instructors and encouraged to “voice their feelings” and “share experiences about being a kid of color,” according to school presentation slides obtained by The Post.

Its a school for nutty people’s children. Not sure I’d classify it as elite - there’s plenty of elite schools in NY where the parents wouldnt stand for any of this and the effort to do it would never get off the ground.
If we were to rip off the mask of ‘concern for the downtrodden’ worn by leftist conditioners we’d see a green-eyed Grimma Wormtongue. Since there is much he covets, he therefore resents (envies) those who possess it, be it intellect, status, popularity, joy, or something else. So what does this subtly clever snake-in-the-grass do? Through power of persuasion he ruthlessly conditions the objects of his evil-eye to see themselves as guilty of possessing that which he covets. This diabolical trick btw, only works on those who possess a conscience, which is why it won’t work on green-eyed leftist conditioners.
I would take my children immediately out of that school and would do anything to have that school closed. There is no place for a school like this anywhere in the US
I don’t have a lot of sympathy here. The solution is obvious.
I think it is training them young that whites are superior to other races; in NYC they’d learn that anyway in terms of some groups.
Eventually the non-whites learning this will ask, “What is a white person?”

SDS Weatherman terrorist William Ayers (Bill Ayers) is an alumnus of Bank Street College and sits on the Board of Directors. We know from what he’s written in his own name and the Obama book about Obama’s father that stylistically suggests that Ayers wrote it, shows the idol worship of the “noble Black man,” and the put-down of the white man.
Many who have studied this Bank Street alumnus, Bill Ayers, who came out of hiding from federal law enforcement to attend Bank Street College, think that Ayers should have wound up in prison for the injurious, deadly terrorism committed by his group. Instead he’s thought of in some political circles as an “educator.”
To understand today’s Bank Street, long Communistic (the Communist term “progressive”) in its leanings, there is no need to look beyond the Marxist Bill Ayers and his parents, who boosted and paved the political way for like-minded Obama.

The parents need to sue the school and Wahi for discrimination. Sue them. Sue them. Sue them into oblivion.
If it is a private school and they accept no “government funding” can they not select their own curriculum? Do we not complain when government intercedes in catholic school curriculum?
