There are three things regarding yourself that you will never misidentify:
1) Your name;
2) Your nationality; and
3) Your religion
Just to be fair, I have a bad memory for names. How bad? I was in my 20s the first time I accidentally called my brother by my name. Happened maybe twice since (far less than once every decade). Granted they share the last two letters, half their length, but that’s worse than: “No, your other left!”
But I’m not a narcissist. Pretty far from it.
