[avenging] the death of his friend and first cousin Yousef Walid Tarayrah, 18, who was killed by Israeli soldiers in mid-March as he attempted to run them over near Kiryat Arba.

One terrorist avenging the death of another terrorist by ...carrying out yet another terrorist attack, of course. At least his terrorist cousin targeted soldiers who could (and thankfully did) fight back, not defenseless little girls.
