1) SCOTUS re-WROTE the law. Even conceding Congress has the power to tax, it has NO authority re: h-care/insurance (A1S8).

2) ‘Careless’ does *not* excuse one from the Law; in a much as ignorance. Setting up one’s own server is not ‘careless’, it’s per-meditated.

Govt will NOT give those w/out $$/power any such ‘benefit of a doubt’.

It *is* refreshing to see the eyes of some *finally* open to note the Republic, and the Law, has long been dead. Maybe, they’ll finally *DO* something about it (vote, canvas, etc.).
