Martin Armstrong: "James Comey Had No Problem Keeping Me In Prison Without Any Charges"

To indict someone, the criteria is supposed to be “intent.” Comey has used that to pretend there is no evidence that Hillary “intentionally” erased anything. Comey also stated that Hillary’s lawyers erased her emails using a keyword search program and they did not “read” the emails. He added that he would not recommend charges against Hillary or her aides.

“Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information,” Comey declared.

It was Comey who indicted Frank Quattrone for claiming he instructed his people to erase emails in his technology-industry banking group at Credit Suisse Group’s Credit Suisse First Boston, based upon a single email that read “clean up those files” in December 2000. That was more than enough for his “intent” requirement to obstruct justice. This further illustrates the double standard of justice for them vs. us.

Comey has said that he could not find anyone else who had been prosecuted for such a thing, but then added after clearing Hillary that this is not to say everyone in the government can do this or that they would not prosecute someone else for the same thing. Comey said,“[O]ur judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.”

Comey presented a scathing rebuke of Hillary’s conduct that anyone else would have certainly been indicted for. For Obama to have announced in advance he would campaign for Hillary, it was clear that this was a cover-up and he knew the results before today. For Comey to say, “Although we did not find clear evidence [of any intentional misconduct] there is evidence that they were extremely careless

"James Comey Had No Problem Keeping Me In Prison Without Any Charges"

That's because Comey believes in the Rule of Force.

The Rule of Law would have cost Crawdaddin' Jimmy Comey his gubbmint pension...

Martin Armstrong should look into becoming a member of the Washington Elite Uniparty in the next life...

They need to let him out of jail. This changes the precedent.

I was told here that James Comey was the most honest man in America, was I misinformed?

For those unfamiliar with the name, James Comey is apparently a wholly owned subsidiary of obama/hillary, Inc.

It begins.

A train load of stories of the incarcerated who did far less than Heldebeast, and who are still suffering the consequences she escaped.

Bet they would like to immediately board AIR FORCE ONE after such a slick escape.

That was what I read on here also. That he was a straight shooter. I had read more but I can’t recall them. I do not remember the screen name of the individual that posted them, but you can take it to the bank that they were Clinton worshipers.

Martin Armstrong has been out of jail for years now. But he has a lot of stories to tell about how he was imprisoned and finally let go. Martin was a financial manager that had billions of dollars under his control. His claim to fame was he has been very accurate in several big market predictions over the years, including the 1987 market crash, which he predicted to the day. He also had predicted years ago that this election would have a third party candidate.

Comey has used that to pretend there is no evidence that Hillary “intentionally” erased anything.

Setting up her own servers at all establishes intent. Period.

Apparently so. It appears that, at the end of the day, he is a nithing, totally devoid of honor or integrity...

Comey was the guy who selected Fitzgerald to investigate the Plame leak.
Armitage, Colin Powell’s aide, leaked Plame’s name to the press.
Colin Powell told Fitzgerald this after Armitage admitted it.
Fitzgerald investigated Scooter Libby instead... knowing that Armitage was the leaker of Plame’s identity and occupation.
Amb. Joe Wilson, husband of Plame [and formerly also hubby of a French intel agent deeply tied to a corrupt African leader], claimed the leak was by Dick Cheney as revenge for Joe’s op ed he wrote after coming back from a trip to Niger that Joe falsely claimed Cheney had sent him on.
Joe in his op ed told the world that Iraq did not buy uranium in Niger, which was a straw dog as no one had said it did, though later it was discovered that Libya did.
But it was determined that Joe did find that Iraq sought suppliers in Africa.
So Fitzgerald kept investigating Scooter Libby... because investigating Armitage would lead to Powell, not Cheney... and they did not want to catch Powell since they had him in their camp.
And since it was determined by a jury that had been rigged with at least one jurist with a conflict of interest, that journalist Chris Russert[?]’s word was more truthful than Cheney’s aid Libby, Libby was nailed on a perjury charge having nothing to do with the leak of the name because the jury liked the celebrity more than the crippled henchman of Cheney the Saddam Slayer, who cut off the oil for food graft that had been flowing into assorted leftists.
Armitage and Powell, of course, skated clear. Joe Wilson, who lied, was never investigated, because investigating Joe leads to John Kerry and the French government.
So Joe hitches his wagon to Hillary - it was already hitched to Ethiopian-Saudi Alamoudi - in order to stay in the heavy metals game.

The tipoff is, if they work for the Obama administration or are appointed by Obama, they are corruptible or they wouldn’t be considered in the first place. If they are truly honorable, there is no way they would want to ever be associated with this lawless administration. So whenever I heard how honest, honorable Comey is, I had to laugh.

How do you hold your head up when you meet family and friends, Comey? Gonna be a lot of sleepless nights.

He sleeps in the fluffy warm pocket of his government compensation package, which is gold-plated and absolutely untouchable. A nuclear attack on Washington DC won't stop his paycheck, and won't stop his fantastic pension and ultra-Cadillac health plan.

He sleeps like a baby, I promise you.

The honor that he's shown he hasn't got? Doesn't bother him a bit. Farthest thing from his mind. Get real.

Valerie Jarrett is smart enough to make sure Obama picks people with skeletons in the closet who are easily blackmailed. So it must be with Comey.
