I get the first part...that the drug cartels run Mexico. The leader of the drug cartel IS El Presidente de Mexico. He's the Putin of Mexico.
But WHAT in the world is the next part...? "...is a more just nation"???
Mexico is run by THIEVES who stole and own the banks, land, military leaders and government politicos. It is NOT "a more just nation."
