Clock Boy Messes With Texas

Don’t mess with Texas, Clock Boy. If you’re too young to remember the Alamo, Google it. Then decide if you still want to ‘come and take it.’

Two weeks ago, the notorious Clock Boy, Ahmed Mohamed, returned to Texas after spending nine months in Qatar where he says he finally felt free to learn about Islam.

Cameras flashed and national newspapers splashed headlines announcing Clock Boy’s return to America as if he were Elvis Presley returning from the dead. “I want to help change Texas for a better state,” Mohamed gushed to the media. Specifically, he wants to help Texans “admit their mistakes.” One such mistake was supposedly denying him the “opportunity” to “learn my religion.”

Mohamed’s religion was never challenged on that infamous day nine months ago when the then-14-year-old disobeyed his engineering teacher and brought a clock that looked like a bomb to his English class. When he turned on the clock and it began emitting ominous beeps, his alarmed English teacher notified the police, who briefly handcuffed the disobedient prankster before releasing him back to the school.

A pathetic-looking photo of the scrawny teen, handcuffed by large cops, went viral and Mohamed became an instant celebrity victim. Democratic politicians— including our president—rushed to his side and helped him craft a message to enhance their own agenda. “Cool clock, Ahmed. Want to bring it to the White House? We should inspire more kids like you to like science. It's what makes America great,” tweeted President Obama.

Seventy percent of U.S. Muslims lean Democratic, according to a 2011 Pew study. It’s in the interest of left-leaning politicians to convince American Muslims that Republicans despise them. With a presidential election around the corner—where presumed Republican nominee Donald Trump is beating Hillary Clinton by at least eight points in Texas—isn’t it interesting that Clock Boy has returned to the lone star state with a mission of “change”?

TEXIT

Texans, for their part, have better plans than being bullied by Clock Boy and Company. Indeed, The New York Times reports in the wake of Brexit—Britain’s vote to exit the European Union—how Texans are considering their own exit, or “Texit.” You guessed it, many Texans want to reclaim their state’s unique status as its own nation and secede from the United States.

The second-largest state in the nation, Texas is not only big in size, but self-sufficient and prosperous. Texas can produce its own horticulture, agriculture and energy. Texans are also self-reliant in another sense, since many take a healthy and rational view of firearms as tools of self-defense.

When Clock Boy’s friend, President Obama, took the podium after last week’s tragic shooting in Dallas that left five police officers dead and seven wounded—he disappointingly used the podium to advocate for gun control: "We also know when people are armed with powerful weapons, unfortunately, it makes attacks like these more deadly and more tragic… we will have to consider those realities...”

Reality is worth considering. Even the loudest Democrats clamoring for gun control—think U.S. Rep Keith Ellison (D-MN)—have made the mistake of considering the reality that stricter background checks and firearm bans would not have stopped recent acts of mass violence. Because cardboard “Gun Free Zone” signs don’t stop or deter criminals.

Clock Boy: Above The Law

Clock Boy is wrong when he claims he was unable to learn about his Muslim faith in America. He attended a public school, MacArthur High School in Irving Texas, at the time of the clock incident.

Mohamed’s parents could have homeschooled him or banded together with likeminded families to form their own school if they truly felt an essential part of their children’s religious education was to be able to build timepieces that look and sound like explosives—the weapon of choice of the Unabomber, Underwear Bomber, Boston Marathon Bombers, and Istanbul suicide bombers.

If airplane passengers who pay for their own tickets can’t even say the word “bomb” upon boarding an aircraft, why should Clock Boy expect taxpayers footing the bill for his education to subsidize his ability to disobey his teachers and run around the school with a clock that mimics a bomb?

No, Texas doesn’t need any “help” from you, Mr. Mohamed. Far from being shunned, you were invited to the White House, hugged by President Obama, and offered an internship at Twitter. For disobeying your teacher, you were treated with more international fanfare than teen idol and pop star Justin Bieber.

Who has the best ideas for change?

Trump’s campaign has proposed suspending immigration from parts of the globe with a “proven history of terrorism” and strengthening screening for visitors to the United States.

Obama’s Department of Homeland Security proposes improving our screening process through the “voluntary disclosure” of social media accounts. In other words, by asking potential terrorists to voluntarily give us their true Twitter handles. That’ll be the day. Obama’s other proposals to stop terror include:

· Welcoming 10,000 incompletely vetted Syrian refugees into our country, most of whom are healthy young men of military-fighting age.

· Banning and/or restricting law-abiding citizens’ access to guns.

Unfortunately, there is more evidence indicating that these efforts will increase rather than decrease our vulnerability to violent ISIS militants.

The five cops who died in Dallas last week were killed out of hatred. Their killer admitted that he wanted to kill white people and cops—especially white cops. They were true victims of prejudice and hate.

If and when Clock Boy learns that he was not a victim of hatred or religious prejudice but of his own poor judgment, he can consider “helping” Texas “change.” Until then, Mister Clockmaker, don’t mess with Texas.

Not a good time to “mess” with TX because it is in a very foul mood after last week.

This article is far too kind. This little SOB should be completely ostracized and shunned by the people of Texas and he should be reminded what he has done at every turn and should never be allowed to forget how he was shown favor where none was deserved.

Obama’s organized BLM operations in Ferguson, and this election cycle, in New Orleans and St. Paul, feed this.

As a typical leftist political operation, it confounds and confuses the population, that the country is flawed and racist. They just want peace and if banged over the head enough with the leftist narrative, will agree to anything.

The clock-boy PR phenomenon is what grows afterwards.

The kid has a guaranteed career ahead of him. He will be amply rewarded for his false claim of bias.

Clock Boy wants to make Texas a better place? When real leadership returns to the White House, B52 bombers will level ISIS and make it a world class parking lot and a better place.

Would love to see Obama go strawberry fields and announce,

“Today I have signed an executive order banning the simple possession of firearms of any kind. Mr. and Mrs. America, turn them all in! The nation’s police forces are now under my direct control and supervision. Forward!!”

Iow, the lawsuit is progressing nicely.

A Muslim student fro prior class spoke very highly of her experiences at that school.

Clock boy is a kid and doesn’t need to be hammered down as if he were an adult.

Do we know why he brought that “clock” to school in disobedience of the teacher, or why made the “clock” with its small-size electronics look like a briefcase?

Why does he say he wants to help Texans admit their mistakes.

These are not things a child would think up on his own.

Only one thing left for them to do then, right?

Come get’em.

He was only there to learn how to make real bombs. Now he can get down to business.

Texas was supposed to teach this kid a foreign religion?

Why have Buddhist not demanded this?

This child needs to be taken behind the wood shed.

Why was clock boy allowed back into the US?

Achmed has a taste of fame. He will not be “over” until he has brought jihad to the streets of America and dies for his trouble.
