There was a TV show called ‘Homicide:Life on the Streets’ c 1990s, about Baltimore and one of the lead characters was Andre Braugher and one of the white detectives was mentioning all the Corrupt Black PD Leaders City Officials and the Black Detective (Braugher) remarked
