Sen. Ted Cruz accepted an invitation from President Barack Obama to travel aboard Air Force One on Tuesday to Dallas for an interfaith memorial honoring the victims of last week’s attack.
The news was reported by multiple reporters who spotted Cruz at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland where the president’s plane departs from.

Your post disgusts me as they got on the plane with the very man, 0bama, whose hostilities towards White Americans and Police Officers led to the tragedy in Dallas and elsewhere.
They should have refused but DC has its head so far up political correctness's back side that the hostilities that led to these tragedies, don't matter. You people excusing this makes me sick!

Cruz is refusing to support the candidate chosen by the voters of his own party. That’s an entirely different situation than riding with the outgoing president (if that happened) by the winner of the election. There’s no hypocrisy when you are comparing apples to oranges.

As a Cruz fan, who accepts Trump a bit reluctantly as choice#2, I find this “yet another foot in the mouth” action by Cruz to be yet another bucket of cold water on my admiration and liking of Cruz.
The campaign was disillusioning in having to watch his immature behavior.
Disappointing.
And then Bush’s idiotic remarks (idiotic in view of the need and oath for candidates to support the rival candidate that won the primaries).
Give the politics a rest for at least a moment. We’ve got 5 dead officers. They are going to a memorial. The should be flying together.

You cannot compare the two events. One is a tradition involving a transfer of power, the other is pandering, and who knows what else.

Cruz missed how many ‘votes’ campaigning for a position he is NOT constitutionally eligible to hold... Ted Cruz’s only ‘duty’ is self serving. He cannot keep his oath of office or that pledge he took.
