Hmmm will China really start something? Won’t that hurt obamas plans on his agenda here?
It's a win-win for the Chinese - start something just prior to November 8 this year. Will the won do something to "postpone" the election? Whatever action occurs, advantage Chinese with the won at the helm.
Likely just bluster for public consumption.
