1. How do you know where to monitor from, and where are they going? I don’t think a location has been announced but I’m still getting caught up. For all we know, Trump will just announce it on Twitter without the person being in attendance.
2. Maybe Trump will travel to them? Trump’s tail numbers haven’t been trackable for over a year.
3. There are hundreds of charter (not to mention commercial) flights a day.
4. The person who tracked Sarah Palin had an inkling it would be her, so was only watching charters from Anchorage to Minnesota. When Trump’s plane had the emergency landing in Nashville earlier this year, I was able to track a charter from Nashville to Little Rock, then a few hours later, the same plane flew from Little Rock to NYC then back to Nashville. The Trump plane left Nashville after repairs then flew back to NYC at a later time.

That was SUPER COOL when the aviation guys on FR found out who was coming from where to McCain’s announcement. So exciting. I hope we do it again.
