Right, so McQuery must have used his psychic powers to figure out that Sandusky happened to be a homosexual pedophile.

That’s totally believable!

It is not false when the independent investigation proved that Pedorno knew what was going on.

The "independent investigation" proved no such thing. In his own court statements, the man who wrote the report, former FBI director (and Clinton/Gore political fixer) Louis Freeh admitted that the "investigation" investigated nothing. In his own court statements Freeh has admitted that his "report" is "not a factual document, and is only a collection and summary of opinion."

Freeh had no investigative authority. He had no authority to compel witnesses or to gather evidence. He had nothing more than access to PSU documents that most other people don't have. He did not even interview the three principal former PSU employees targeted by his report. In nearly two million pieces of email and other documents to which he had access, Freeh found someone -- who might have been Paterno but was more likely Sandusky himself -- mentioned EXACTLY ... twice. Neither of those documents implicates Paterno in a cover-up.

Yeah, that's some great damning evidence against Paterno you got there.

Take it up with the jury. They didn’t believe him, and neither does any other person with the sense that God gave lettuce.

What a shame, with his amazing psychic powers he could surely have helped them figure out what happened.

Are you denying that, in 1998, Pedorno talked about the rapes to PSU honchos? Pedorno knew. Pedorno let it continue. Penn State let it continue. Fans/alums like you make excuses and deny these evil deeds by your coach and institution. Why?

Are you denying that, in 1998, Pedorno[sic, moron] talked about the rapes to PSU honchos?

Yes. No such evidence has ever been produced.

Pedorno[sic, moron] let it continue.

He "let continue" that, about which, he knew nothing. So did you. So you are as guilty as he was.

Penn State let it continue.

Penn State "let continue" that, about which, either it knew nothing, or about which Sandusky has already been cleared by both State College Police (not University Park police) and Centre County Child Care. By the way, by statute, the state welfare agency -- not the police -- have primary jurisdiction in these cases. If you're claiming that social workers tasked with protecting children would ever willingly give a pass to a child molester, you're an even bigger fool than your posts would indicate.

Fans/alums like you make excuses and deny these evil deeds by your coach and institution. Why?

Because, unlike the brainless lynch mob that you're a part of, we actually believe in the rule of law and the presumption of innocence. There is ZERO evidence that has ever been presented that either Paterno or PSU attempted any sort of cover up in 1998. There is ZERO evidence that Paterno himself EVER participated in ANY cover-up AT ANY TIME. And in fact, the sworn evidence that we have says quite clearly that Paterno took affirmative steps to move McQueary's highly ambiguous story to the proper actors.

Where are the prosecutions of PSU officials for the "conspiracy" that you and the rest of the lynch mob believe existed? Five years after the accusations The Freeh Report has been completely demolished in court, and no PSU official has yet to be charged. In fact, all of the most serious charges have already been DISMISSED.

I met a Penn State RB (55 school records)in NYC in 1985 when my girlfriend’s best friend was going out with him. As a long time BC football fan. I always admired Joe Paterno. The RB told me; “he’s not the guy you think he is.

OOOH!   These are not the droids you're after.
