I guess that means it’s Pence, then. Otherwise, Trump would have no reason not to wait and announce at the convention, which is what he’d previously said he’d like to do.
If so, color me unexcited.
If is is Pence, does anyone know what happens with Indiana’s governor’s race?? Not that it’s of such national importance, but doesn’t the party have to substitute another candidate by July 15 there, which is also Friday?? Would they have a candidate ready and waiting? I suppose some Indiana Republicans ought to have given the issue some attention.....
That's what I thought when I first heard Pence's deadline was fast approaching. Trump was going to have to say something before that.
