Nope, he will just say Enhanced Interrogation is back on the Menu along with less restrictive Rules of Engagement for our Troops on the Ground.

Actually when the ROE changes and our Troops get their hands untied the Sand Fleas will be begging to go to GITMO, their alternative would be permanent and quick.

I predict once the Muslim in Chief is gone and ROE is “We Win, They Lose”... ISIS will be again surrendering to News Crews
