They’re all just political appointees now. We need to change the way they’re selected. Might as well pick them by vote and add term limits. No more life time appointments.

Of course, that's why Leftists were so ticked off with Ruth not being able to just shut up.
By imprudently commenting on the election, she showed her clearly anti-Trump bias, meaning if there's any electoral disputes this fall that make it to the SC - remember Bush 2000? - Ginsberg will be forced to recuse herself.
THAT'S why the Leftists are so upset.

Yes, they occasionally do and there have been several instances in the past three or four years. However, they cannot be forced to recuse themselves.
