I work with a couple of turks. Pretty sharp guys and nice enough but they never leave their cultural / muzzie roots. It is always just beneath their veneer and I always remember tha when I deal with them. They can tend to having illusions of superiority.
Being nucking futs reaches the zenith in Persia but deteriorates slowly as you distance yourself from there.
