You can get your own medical record any time you want.
You’re right , of course.
The problem they faced was the Federal Government, risking punishment and funding for breaking HIPPA regulations if they mentioned anything.
It’s a bit much to hope for, but maybe that craziness will be relaxed a bit under President Trump.
Exactly
That is indeed who is being denied. The mother of the child. This is not the 5 year old child that was molested, or raped.
This is the mother of a child that received cut marks on her from the boy (who was subsequently involved in the case with the 5 year old girl) who had reportedly possessed a pocket knife. This event had occurred 2 weeks prior to the molestation/rape of the 5 year old.
She is the one being denied her child's medical reports from that incident.
Not in the case of a parent of a child who is below the age of consent, and that is the issue here. It also is not the case involving the 5 year old. This is a separate case that involved only one of the boys in the case with the 5 year old, and it’s about cuts administered by a penknife purportedly, upon anther under aged girl.
bump
I was referring to the Idaho situation. I don’t think Pamela Geller is the girl’s mother and so Geller asking for the records was what I was implying when I made my post. But maybe you’d like me to think I was that stupid that I couldn’t get my own daughter’s medical records if she was five. That was really so funny of you.
The mom of the victim is an idiot. She signed forms underderess??? She didn’t read them. She didn’t fill out the form necessary to get the records. The child should be taken from this stupid mother. No wonder the case is a mess.
I agree but American men are going to have to make a decision. Stand up and protect your loved ones or cower in fear.
