Under normal circumstances, hospitals are getting more resistant to release records to patients for fear of lawsuits. It’s wrong, but it’s happening.
The mom of the victim is an idiot. She signed forms underderess??? She didn’t read them. She didn’t fill out the form necessary to get the records. The child should be taken from this stupid mother. No wonder the case is a mess.
