WASHINGTON (AP) -- The United States moved Wednesday to recover more than $1 billion that federal officials say was stolen from a Malaysian economic development fund and that was used for high-end real estate, fancy artwork and production of the Hollywood film, "The Wolf of Wall Street."
The diverted funds paid for luxury properties in New York and California, a $35 million private jet and expensive paintings by Vincent Van Gogh and Claude Monet, according to federal government complaints that demand the recovery and forfeiture of the ill-gotten assets.
The complaints, filed in Los Angeles, allege a complex money laundering scheme that the Justice Department says was intended to enrich top-level officials of a government-controlled Malaysian wealth fund. -snip-

Leissner is married to Kimora Lee Simmons, who is the ex-wife and still besties with Obama pal, Russell Simmons, who, in an Essence article, claims to be a business partner with Leissner. Russell has funraised for Obama and supports Occupy. He and ex-wife have endorsed Hillary, Kimora is quoted in Dr.Jays.com's website: "..“I have known Hillary for many years..." Kimora is also besties with the 1st lady of Malaysia.

They should have been smart and sent 50 million of it to the Clinton Foundation. They would be skating free and clear now.

They should have laundered all of the money through the Clinton Global Crime Initiative Foundation .... less the 25% cut off the top for the Clintons.
