Are they enacting the “one child” policy like China did?

Granted that some of the children who are aborted would otherwise grow up in households with low income.

On the other hand, we are constantly told that the prolific breeders from Mexico, Central America and the Muslim countries are necessary to inject the energy of new young people into the economy.

So if we need more young workers, even though mayhap rather poor, should we not stop slaughtering our own young?
