My diagnosis, as Director of the Center for Noetic Studies at the Andromeda Institute ... anoxia, i.e. dizziness, or near loss of consciousness. I’ve experienced that state, in my distant youth, as a practioner of the “hold your breath and knock yourself out” game, and I feel firm in recognizing the symptom.
