Again, the double standard. Trump at least supports religious liberty and says he’ll appoint justices who will, as well.

The Great Egalitarian FOX NEWS wouldn't let me post a comment but here's what I would have posted:
I'm not a Christian. I'm Jewish. (reasonably observant too)

I just want to state that I have NEVER considered the word "Christian" in any way offensive or negative. On the contrary, Christians have been responsible for much of the beauty and greatness that is Western Civilization.

My problem is with anyone and every one who considers the word offensive.

The huge chain of Gannett-owned papers has a deserved reputation for being hostile to any ideas that disagree with its ultra-liberal ownership. I would never subscribe to or buy advertising in any Gannett paper. Sadly they went on a buying spree years ago and now frequently monopolize the newspaper market in many places, including mine. I won’t touch USA Today with a 10-foot pole.

The mantras of "diversity is our strengthen " and "tolerance" were slogans and subterfuge designed to fool, guilt, lower the shields of discernment by Christians.

Once those shields came down, Christians we noted were quickly targeted for IN-tolerance, persecution, prejudice, and bigotry and sued by the ACLU and SPLC.

The End Game: Eventual extermination by the secular humanist pagans and their "My-Enemy-Of-My-Enemy-Is-My-Friend" allies -- which include Muslims, Marxists, Satanists, Atheists, etc.

NOT gonna end well. The resolution will come very soon.

I met a student tourist this weekend from Sweden, His first name was Christian. I wonder if he will be put on some terrorist watch list or have his visa revoked because of that.

Noting that neither the state or the feds were involved in this issue, business owners have the right to refuse survice to anyone for any reason imo.

In fact, when the Supreme Court decided United States v. Cruikshank, the Court clarified that the states obligated only themselves and the federal government, not individual citizens, to respect the rights that the states amend to the Constitution to expressly protect.

On the other hand, note that the states have never amended the Constitution to expressly protect so-called LGBT “rights.” So misguided, low-information, pro-LGBT activist state officials, along with likewised misguided state and federal judges, have unconstitutionally forced Christian business owners to do business with customers who mock Christian beliefs.

More specifically, state officials who have used politically correct, constitutionally unprotected LGBT “rights” to trump the constitutionally enumerated rights of business owners, 1st Amendment-protected freedom of religious expression and free speech in several cases concerning Christian business owners, have unthinkingly violated Secton 1 of the 14th Amendment imo, which the states ratified to prohibit themselves from doing such things.

14th Amendment, Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States [emphasis added]; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
