You couldn’t give me real estate in California right now. I’d refuse to take it if it was free because I’d be afraid that even then I lose money on it.
California is head at high speed for a really hard fall.
Nonsense. People will always pay good money for a home in California. I do think it’s overvalued and overdue for a correction.
