He said “I am a German”. Apparently saying "I am a German" in Germany to someone you think isn't also German can land your ass in jail.
Yes and he’d shoot him if he could. Neither which warrants an arrest.
That was the killer that said that actually. Their names are pretty similar though, so it is easy to confuse. Had to read it a couple of times because I wasn’t sure either.
