Since when did talking become interrogate? You can’t even talk to a student that just built a fake bomb.
This would set a bad precedent and I hope the judge throws it out.
That’s the choice that a school has now: get sued by a student’s parents if the fake bomb is caught or face 800 wrongful death lawsuits if the bomb is passed over and explodes. The choice is obvious but it sucks to have Zero take away your operating budget and give it to little jihad-Johnny.
