He won’t on the ballot in Oklahoma. You have to be the nominee of a party that garnered 10% or more of the vote in the previous election to be put on the ballot. And Oklahoma doesn’t allow write-ins.
So Oklahoma will be one of those states.
But Oklahoma is not in question.

Vote Fraud worries? Most vote counting fraud is not against the other major party. It is against the minor parties.
In reality Greens and LP get many more votes than reported. But nobody has the power to do anything about it when they come up short. When a precinct comes in with zero votes and entire families of 5 or more voters claim they all voted for the minor party candidate.
Does True The Vote care about votes stolen from the LP and Greens? Not that I can detect.
I have to say that as the OP of the referenced article I am disappointed I didn’t get a mention.
