He’s not a felon because the jury found him Not Guilty by reason of insanity. He’s been held in a mental hospital all these years despite being found Not Guilty.
Frankly I expected he would have been let go shortly after Reagan died.

He’s not a felon he was in a loony bin these last 30 some years declared to be legally not repsonsible for his actions.
I heard about this connection. I don’t quite know what to make of it. I don’t even like to entertain the possibilities.
Until this election season, I held the Bush Family in high regard. Seems like an intergalactic size coincident.

Hinkley never went to prison. He wasn't convicted of any crime. He was found not guilty by reason of insanity and confined at St. Elizabeths Hospital in Washington, D.C.
