Aetna, the No. 3 U.S. health insurer, on Monday said that due to persistent financial losses on Obamacare plans, it will sell individual insurance on the government-run online marketplaces in only four states next year, down from the current 15 states.
Aetna's decision follows similar moves from UnitedHealth and Humana, which have cited similar concerns about financial losses on these exchanges created under President Barack Obama's national healthcare reform law.

People on Obamacare have been lied to and abused and now one more insurer going bust. What happens to these people when they have no insurance? Maybe that's why Hillary can't get above 40%!
This is fodder for Trump. He should wave this flag specifically and talk about his plan and TELL THE VOTERS WHY WHY WHY this is happening. Put this right on Obama and his DC thugs.
The WHY it is happening is important to Trump’s strategy.
Killarycare.....gov run healthcare was the plan all along.
Better put some ice on that, Barry and Hitlary.
Nothing to see here folks, just move along. You have to experience it to know what is in it.
Another triumph for the Liar in Chief and his Secretary of State and the Democrat Congress.
don’t forget it was Hillary who wanted single-payer which she is now against because Bernie was for it.
Since Bernie is gone, she will again be for it. The fix will be “Medicare for all”.
It’s time for Trump to start hammerin her on Obamacare and demand she reveal her “fix”.
I disagree
the more important thing is not to tell angry people what caused their problem. The DNC MEdia will lie their way out of it
The important thing is for Trump to convince people he has a solution when he becomes president, which I believe he can accomplish with the help of the best non-bought-and-paid-for advisors
Republican congresscritters should be beating the drums incessantly for private-sector, free-market health insurance. I believe it’s a winning proposal.

No doubt! No doubt!
They are all getting out, the media is reporting this but they don’t realize why.
To bad we couldn’t pull a reverse obama...make it sound like we are going to give them single payer and then pull the carpet from under their feet at the last minute!
People are reportedly upset because with these pull outs many don’t have any choice, just one provider.
HELLO - single payer system, no choice, no competition, just high prices and poor service.
I have lost 4 of my doctors this past year. Two were retirment age-62, and told me to hell with it. They had enough. One a GP and one a pulmonologist, a heart doc and the last was one who I had not even got into to see, a GP, since she decided to hang it up in the midst of my having got a prelimb appmnt to see her.
I now have no doctor since it seems every one is no longer taking anyone new.
My Obastard care insurer is dropping out Dec 1. I got into it last Dec and the rate went from 400 bucks to over 700 now. The deductable is 7800 bucks and with a 40 dollar copay at a GP office. Hell the out of pocket was 50! So big EFFN deal! A 40 dollar copay. And since I cant get in to see any doctors since all that I checked, are not taking new patients, WTF good is it?
My COPD inhalers have gone up over 200% in one year, One, I can not even afford so had to go with one that is less effective. I have gone back to a mix of old meds that are cheaper to help and they seem to be helping somewhat.
THIS healthcare law is designed to do one thing. KILL OFF SENIORS.
Taxpayer subsidy runs out and Aetna bails. Crony capitalism in full view.
Believe me you are not the only one. Not that that is reassuring but I know many in the same boat. Obamacare is indifferent to people’s lives. These democrats are total criminals and jail is too good for them.
The plan is going just as expected by the dems!
Where I work we use Aetna.
I guess next year I can say we used to use Aetna.
The taxpayers should never have been part of the equation. Insurance should be charged on an actuarial risk basis. The BS of "socialized risk" on pain of fine or imprisonment by the government is wrong.
