Indeed, it is impossible to think of any other group in the U.S. that is anywhere near as law-abiding" as concealed carry permit holders. So concluded the Crime Prevention Research Center following its new report, Concealed Carry Permit Holders Across the United States 2016." The center studied the rate of criminal offenses among concealed carry holders in Florida and Texas when coming to its conclusion.
The findings speak for themselves.

No doubt the stats were altered to show positive results. As we are constantly reminded, a gun in the home results in millions of accidental killings and the chances to be killed with your own gun go up about 2,000% and it also leads to domestic violence too. And it contributes to dandruff.

There was a governor several years back that said if it would make everyone as law abiding as tthe CCL holders are he would insist everyone get one. Think about it, isn’t that essentially what the Second Amendment IS?

Democrats are against 2nd Amendment adherents specifically because they are quiet, law-abiding and peaceful.
People such as us are of no value to the Democrats, as we are not a “victim group”, downtrodden, pitiful, hungry, or of any other use to them.
All the hard working, law-abiding, family devoted, country loving want is “TO BE LEFT ALONE.”
The left has no use for people like that.

They may have no use for us but I do believe the day will come when they will wish we had no use for them. I suspect they will get some pretty hard use.

Not surprising. Responsible firearm ownership is an exercise in civic responsibility.

Of course we are. Don’t want to do anything to give them a reason to take it away.

Wasn't there a town in Georgia where the Sherriff required people to own a gun? That was long ago but haven't heard about it in years.
Anyone remember or know results?

Kennessaw if I spelled it right. It was a kind of requirement but if you didn’t want one, no problem. I don’t think their crime rate was that high to begin with. Anyone?

Of course we are more law-abiding. Anyone who would jump through all the hoops and pay hundreds of dollars for the legal ability to HIDE an object so no one can detect its presence are, by definition, the most law-abiding people you can imagine.

Democrats think
if they disarm law biding citizens that violent blacks in inner cities will stop killing each other.
Or...
They think if they disarm law biding citizens of ALL colors that it will make it safer for criminals to rape, rob, and abuse the innocent.
It's still a toss up to me... I ‘m not sure what level of evil they're functioning at...

It's almost tautological if you think about it. If you respect the law to the point where you're willing to get fingerprinted, sign forms, take classes, tests, etc, in order to comply with the law, you're pretty much by definition a law-abiding citizen to a fault. Making that more difficult with those laws that apply to firearms isn't going to change anything.
My state went Constitutional Carry last month, so it's sort of out of the game except with regard to licensing that is honored in other states. We're still awaiting the bloodbath we were promised. Waiting...waiting...
