This is definitely nothing new to Memphis; the party should have been cleaning them up decades ago.
I live outside Nashville; you couldn’t pay me enough money to consider moving anywhere close to Memphis.

Had to go to Memphis and spend the night for business last summer. Dang secretary booked 2 single females into a hotel in the heart of Memphis!!! Luckily we had no issues.
I went to the Trump rally in Millington back in February; if it had been in Memphis proper, I wouldn’t have considered it.

Where I work in Memphis we had an hr manager who got caught selling jobs. Big money too.
They fired him and prosecuted him. He showed up six months later as a director at the Shelby County election commission.

pansy generation?
I would use Clint Eastwood's exact quote but that really wood inflame the snowflake members of the pansy generation.
