Egypt FM defends Israel, says policies not terrorism

In an unusual display of understanding from a senior Arab official, Egypt’s Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry on Sunday reportedly told a group of high school students in Cairo that Israel’s policies toward Palestinians do not constitute terrorism and that given Israel’s history, it has strong concerns regarding its security.

"You can look at [the question of Israeli ‘terrorism’] from the perspective of a regime of force, but [looked at from a more traditional understanding of terrorism,] there is no evidence showing a link between Israel and armed terrorist groups,” Shoukry told students visiting the Foreign Ministry headquarters in Cairo, according to a report on the Ynet news website.

“There is no conclusive [proof] leading to that conclusion,” he said.

Now, the secular Muslims of Egypt seem to have a better head on their shoulders than the current occupant of the Oval Office. These Muslims seem to know that Israel is not an enemy of humankind.

They should be very careful, though...Anwar Sadat was killed by fellow Muslims for not agreeing. He was bold in his support of an Israel and American friendship.

Hey, remember when Obama sent his minions over to Israel to defeat Netanyahu? Remember how the media didn’t give a damn? And yet, somehow Trump is a demon for having an advisor who consulted with a non-profit pro-Russian group in the Ukraine.

Pretty much through the second half of the Twentieth Century, Muslim Brotherhood infiltrators, agents and plants cut a path of assassination and murder of Egyptian officials in an attempt to gain control of Egypt.

The MB actually spun off al Qaeda to try to present a non violent false front to the public.

Egypt herself has accomplished an excellent record of pursuing peace and trade with Israel for more than three decades, until Obama's "Arab Spring" terrorist insurrection.
