She allegedly referred to them as “glorified baby sitters” or “”under-educated, overpaid maids.” She's never spent time in a hospital. The bedsheet-changing is handled by aides. These days you need your bachelors degree in nursing to get hired, and many have masters degrees. They are highly trained professionals. I was in the hospital not that long ago, and I found all my nurses to be superb human beings.
