If ever we could use the Anti-monopoly laws against ANYTHING it should be the “ American Bar Association “.....
Simple solution : base accreditation on what percentage of graduates pass the bar exam. Period. Not have “diversity goals” or any other consideration apply, just results.
The other immorality of their positions - the state bars essentially banning lawyers and judges who support the Scouts or don’t agree with far left political positions.
It is similar to when the left says “don’t be in this profession if you don’t want to do business like we want you to”, but more severe in that you can’t shift to a different niche in the industry but get essentially banned from the profession anywhere.
Agreed. The ABA is more monopolistic and harmful than OPEC or any other organization that I can think of. Once a lawyer passes the Bar in any state, he virtually has a license to steal—and to malpractice with impunity.
