On his Sunday show Reliable Sources, host Brain Stelter brought out a panel made up a proverbial whos who of Donald Trump opponents to whine about how the media was being unfair to Hillary Clinton and going easy on Trump. All year long, I have been hearing one very specific description of the election coverage, Stelter stated to start off the first segment, No, it's not bias, but it's close, it's false equivalents. Stelter insinuated that there was false comparisons being drawn between the two and that Trump is, graded on a curve making it easier for him.
The first person Stelter sought knowledge on the topic from was Jacob Weisberg from the radical leftist publication Slate, asking him what came to mind when he thought of false equivalency. You know, the structure of covering politics is you compare an apple and an Orange, they have different attributes, Weisberg started to explain, But they're both fruits, you can take your pick. This case we have something more like an apple and some rancid meat.
Im sorry, is Donald Trump the rancid meat, Stelter asked, while feigning ignorance. Hes the rancid meat, and in all sorts of ways, Weisberg responded, And what I think the press is struggling with is how do you not normalize him, but at the same time be fair and do your job as a journalist?

I’d like to meet these guys in an alley alone to talk politics :)
Having a megaphone the size of a cable news network is a gift.
It is truly sad to see this megaphone abused in this way, so often.
At an another airport. Heading to admin office to lodge another CNN on all their TVs complaint.
I never thought of Trump as "apples", but he is from the Big Apple. As for Hillary, even Bill thinks of her as rancid meat, the rare times he thinks of her at all.
I blocked CNN so my children’s brains wouldn’t be stunted
However, I have a list of all their sponsors and will never patronize any of them.
I let the sponsors know my position in no uncertain terms via email or U.S.P.O.
The hate-networks don't care about you as an individual because they don't know nor do they give a hoot if your watching them or not.
You would only be important to them if they knew you were selected to have a Nielsen-type device in your front room during home-survey periods.
The liberal hate-channels will only pay heed if successful organized attacks are AIMED AT THEIR SPONSORS....although I'm almost convinced CNN and others are so hard-core anti-Trump, anti-American, anti-Republican, anti-conservative that even boycotting their sponsors cannot move them ideologically.
Unfortunately, free-spirited conservatives are generally lousy at getting behind major boycotts of companies and corporations...the very businesses who bite the hands of conservative consumers who feed them by purchasing their products.

I never watch it.
I’ll tune to their November 8th election coverage.
I expect them to call states for Hillary quickly and call states for Trump slowly.
Of course, if it looks like a Trump landslide, they may want to get it over with.
I've tried to explain to others that attempting to understand liberal explanations for various things is intellectually damaging.
I've had zero success with that endevor, but good for you for protecting your children.
Media idiot: “I can’t see how he won! Nobody I know voted for him!”
BUMP!
That is exactly how we should all operate.
Post a vanity with all those sponsors; sine you did the hard work of watching, might as well share the list so everyone on FR and lurkers can copy it and similarly avoid patronizing any of them. We can let them know, too! Ping me if you do.
I hadn’t really thought of Hillary as ‘rancid meat’ but, if the shoe fits ...
I suggest that freepers make their own lists of sponsors to cease purchasing from. It doesn't take but a few minutes of day and evening spot-surfing to make up a list.

I agree with your assessment of the outcome of this campaign except I will never give the media an ounce of pity. Too many good people have had their lives destroyed in the last 8 years and may never recover.
He also had issues with the Tea Party as a BAD THING because it is in his words.."a movement predominated by middle-class, middle-aged white men angry about the expansion of government and hostile to societal change.".... Of course he means hostile to the liberal mind....
I meant that if you made a list of sponsors already, then people could know, if they don’t watch that much tv (or like, not at all).
A rogue’s gallery panel of hateful Dem-onic souls. These people are clinically deranged.
I think the level of disdain and loathing for the MSM may change the way Conservatives deal with the enemies of freedom. If it takes a boycott, then “Let’s Roll.”
I’ve always said “climb in the RAT sewer and fight them smarter and use their tactics back on them.” They are the enemies of freedom and they seek to compromise our future and the future of our children and grandchildren. Just my opinion.
