Obama Admin: Relying On ‘Common Sense’ Violates Title IX

I try to watch for singling out any one person as “reprobate” because that is the boat that all humanity found itself in upon emerging from the Garden of Eden folly. Yes even harmless little me.

Barack Obama has been reprobate. But, so in other ways if not the same ways, have we. We can’t just sit and blame Barack for the sin among us or for our weakness before sin.

Our imperative is to accept the kind hand of the Savior, and so not fall to the fate of those who will refuse it forever. And forever could arrive very quickly for all we know. Nobody knows if their next heart beat is guaranteed.

Speking of uncommon common sense, the first thing that patriots need to do whenever they question an action of the federal government is to find in the Constitution where the states have expressly delegated to the feds the specific power to address an issue.

Regarding enumerated power to address sex-related discrimination, note that the only sex-related right that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect deals with voting rights as evidenced by the 19th Amendment. So the feds actually have no constitutional authority to address sex-related issues outside the scope of voting rights issues imo.

”From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added].” —United States v. Butler, 1936.

So as global warming activists would say, “the discussion is over.” The feds have no constitutional authority to address the issue.

Consider that the corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Senate should have killed the bill that established Title IX.

Also consider that the real problem with Obama trying to enforce unconstitutional Title IX is not Obama. The real problem is that the corrupt, state sovereignty-ignoring Congress is letting Obama get away with harrassing the sovereign states over an issue that the feds have no constitutional authority to address.

Remember in November !

Patriots need to support Trump / Pence by also electing a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will not only work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to support Trump’s vision for making America great again for everybody, but will also put a stop to unconstitutonal federal taxes and likewise unconstitutional inteference in state affairs as evidenced by lawless Obama’s unconstitutional, pro-LGBTQ edicts.

Note that such a Congress will also probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.

This is not about blaming Obama or anyone else for my sins (which are many) this is about pulling back the curtain to see,

I appreciate what your saying Hitech Redneck, we should never be quick to judge or point fingers and we should pray for those that hate us and would spitefully use us and you are correct it is what happens when a people or culture becomes collectively what we are becoming today, this is the end result toward losing our freedoms, which will never be restored again,

ALL are fallen short and need salvation, but to cast a wide net and with broad brush strokes as if to say events and circumstances and evil personages on the scene right now today and given power and authority by Satan is all within some moral equivalency condition with believers is being blinded to the spiritual warfare that is intensifying from them AGAINST those same believers,

There was a time in America when good people could be on opposite sides of important issues and political parties, it was not even that long ago,

But that time is not this time,

Believers need to wake up and realize whats happening,

Obama is a full on reprobate evil spirit installed into power by the NWO cabal intent on taking down Western freedoms, he is a quasi Marxist/closeted Sunni Muslim adherent to that demonic death cult which he is now foisting upon this country at every (and any) opportunity to do so and using events either real or manufactured to accomplish the take down of Western culture and freedoms.

This evil administration has been non stop unabashedly against Christian believers from the first day it was installed into power.

This is the Spirit of Antichrist at work and it is growing stronger daily and will continue to do so until enough believers wake up and realize whats happening, recognize it and rebuke it.

This is not a judgment from God, but that day is coming, these reprobates will further our condition along to that day,
