If this happened here at my Home in California the “Good Samaritins” would be CRIMINALLY PROSECUTED for a whole host of Crimes. ALL FELONIES.
At my Home in Arizona, the Sheriff would have BOUGHT BOTH OF THEM LUNCH!!!
From what I understand from TV Law at least, it is the onus is on the prosecutor to prove that a private citizen was NOT acting in self defense.
