The FBI report said that the guy said...I can’t remember who told me to do it. Then Hillary, Cheryl Mills, and Huma all said... no, I never told him to do it and don’t know who did.

Isn’t that an interesting question!If he violated the law by destroying subpoenaed documents, he should be prosecuted unless his testimony led to a bigger fish to prosecute. But if the biggest fish in the country is implicated - and that’s too hot for to handle . . .
I’m sure they’ll write a very sternly worded letter to the FBI.
