A powerful Republican lawmaker abruptly stopped a hearing Monday on Capitol Hill to serve a subpoena demanding the FBI’s full investigative file on the Hillary Clinton email probe to a top official, telling the man “you are hereby served.”
The dramatic moment came as House Oversight Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, expressed frustration that the FBI would not guarantee to provide the committee with the full, unedited, unredacted investigative summaries of the federal inquiry into Clinton’s homebrewed server and the Democratic presidential nominee’s potential mishandling of classified information.

Yes, but finally these guys either have to crap or get off the pot. These do nothing hearings begin to look like typical “Washington politics” and turn people off. Give immunity and put people in jail or quit this stuff.
They should do it this way more often. Very nice, very public.
But it seems that right after this(from what I read) the hearing was ended and moved to “secret”. Congressman probably had his head handed to him.

Chaffetz is the Chair of the House Oversight Committee of the House majority party.
One after another, Hillary’s IT techs either skip the subpoena or take the fifth in Chaffetz hearing. What’s up with that?

Chaffetz goes before a Federal court with a demand that the court issue an order to the FBI to supply the court with the requested information. there will be a lengthy delay as the obama administration fights the request, probably lasting well past election time. In the mean time, it’s another point in the FBI/Hillary/obama coverup that can be used as a talking point.

Watching now....’Thorton’ just took the fifth.....the guy who had set up Hillary’s server etc.....the company now closed.
They asked Thorton ‘ONE’ question;...”Were you interviewed, yes or no, by the FBI?”......He took the fifth and was excused.
Althoug I’m not sure what will become of this, it was pretty cool.
The FBI agent will be studying protocol and procedures at his next post in Barrrow, Alaska.
