Dang man, “federalization” IS the problem in our country. If so-called conservatives don’t get that, how in the world is America ever going to have a rebirth for freedom, the Constitution, and limited government?

Prior to 1890, Standard Oil would move into an area, deliberately price their gasoline below that of any local retailers and run them out of business. It is for abuses such as this that congress passed in 1890, the "Sherman anti-trust act" to reign in such behemoths.

Do you believe Standard Oil should have been stopped from this unethical, but at the time, legal business practice? If so, who is going to stop them?

The 80%+ unconstitutional portion of the threatening, gargantuan $4 trillion federal government IS the problem.

Precisely, and that threatening gargantuan Federal Government is very much supported by the threatening gargantuan Oligarchs who run Google. How better to show them the error in advocating for big government than giving them a taste of that very government they wish to impose on others?

We can’t go around coming up with socialist tyranny “im favor of the Right” every time we don’t like something.

Do you believe Google is a threat to the nation? I do. If you don't, we have nothing to discuss. If you also see Google as a threat to the nation, how do you propose to deal with this threat?

I'm also wondering if you know about Google's role in getting Obama elected.

That’s what the Left does. Let the market economy run free of government interference.

Don't let your Dogma get run over by Karma. Yes, the free market is a wonderful thing provided the participants all behave ethically. We know however from past experience that they won't, and so we have to deal with them somehow.

As Adam Smith said:

“People of the same trade seldom meet together, even for merriment and diversion, but the conversation ends in a conspiracy against the public, or in some contrivance to raise prices.”

That is not how the free market economy runs and it has nothing to do with some imagined "karma."

The free market works purely on self-interest, which is God-given, and voluntary (not government-mandated) cooperation of those who choose to buy and sell for their own best interests. That's how freedom works. Freedom in general is individuals free to live as they see fit provided they don't interfere with others' freedom. The free market is freedom in action.

In the area of monopolies and cartels, government has done way more harm than good. Today, the government encourages monopolies, fueled by corrupt officials taking bribes from special interests. As Reagan said, "Government isn't the solution, government IS the problem."

What stops monopolies is the innovation of the market economy, ever disrupting and competing with status quo. The free market is your friend. It supplies your demand. The government is certainly NOT your friend. It was never created to be your friend, nor is government capable of being your friend.

Putting government over free enterprise is like putting the fox inside the hen-house. Government by far done more to weak havoc in our economy than anything else. You think Goggle is a threat to the nation? Google doesn't hold a candle to the threat of the unconstitutional $4 trillion federal government.

Google works, as does the free market itself, by people voluntarily using and buying Goggle products. Nobody forces you to use Google. You are free to say "no" to Google and go to a competitor. But the government works only by force and coercion. Saying "no" to government puts you in jail.

Don't let your dogmatic distrust of freedom blind you from seeing the threat of the tyranny of the unconstitutional federal government. There are many so-called conservatives out there who distrust freedom. What they don't get is there is only one alternative to freedom - the tyranny of government force and coercion. "Conservatives" who want tyranny over freedom? I'll take freedom any day and side with those who will fight for freedom "at the point of bayonet" if necessary, as Reagan also once said.
