He set them up with this technique EVERY TIME.

In this case he is waiting on all the black race hustlers to rush to the nearest mike and condemn Trump questioning Obama’s birth as racist... THEN Trump will lower the boom with an email or some such showing that sure enough HILLARY was the one who originally circulated the rumor (or someone in her campaign which she was responsible for).
And thus... after having TRAPPED the race hustlers... Now they will be FORCED to attack Hillary!
