I actually don’t like this, because if they were on the stage, it would show the world just how crazy they are.
The only good thing about having them up there would be to lengthen the duration of the debate, giving more chance for Hillary to go into a seizure or coughing fit.
But the rules aren’t new, and there are minor candidates in every election.
