If DMV finds a ‘compromise’ in the licensing department, they recall ALL the licenses issued during the period and if you are correct, go about your business, if not get retested or arrested for falsifying an official document.
(For a while VA used to allow translators for the written exam - now I think it is (or was) available in about 200 languages)
I have nothing against legal immigration but ALL official business should be carried out in English.
The only exception being Immigration offices and International Airports. PERIOD. Not in the voting, not DMV, not welfare office etc etc..
If a private concern advertises to its customers, fine - other than increased prices, it is NOT costing the average tax payer anything AND you can avoid the local business.
When ‘they’ use the word immigrants I conjure up the ‘old pictures’ of the huddled masses at Ellis Island, thousands of eldery, children & women along with the men - the picture of heavy topcoats and drab looking clothing are stuck in my mind.
Todays so called refugees are young, virile, mostly male and most look like they are coming from a mall where they purchased (yeah right) new clothes and sneaker..OH, did I mention mostly young, virile, mostly male?????
