Actually it's what is seen as how she would look without the botox, cheek fillers and makeup....you can tell from this photo it's not far off....I use to do skincare/makeup for clarins so you learn the details of skin etc.

BTW..I actually don’t think Hillary cares too much about what she looks like......or how she takes care of herself. I don’t think she ever has...and I think it disgusts her that the public wants their representatives to care about their appearances. She likely figures we’ve known her for so many years it shouldn’t be necessary.
