Isn’t there a false prophet guy first? Maybe that’s who I am thinking of.
They both come together as a package. The Antichrist is fully-revealed in the middle of the Tribulation at the Great Tribulation (declares himself to be “God”).
However, he confirms the 7-year “peace covenant” at the beginning of the Tribulation.
Further, he divides the land of Israel - officially. That’s why I’m fairly-certain there will be a “Palestinian state”. Already recognized by the Vatican and several nations.
And, BTW, the False Prophet is also most fully-revealed at the mid-point of the Tribulation, marking the beginning of the 3.5 years of Great Tribulation.
For he has the people of the Earth build an image to the Beast Antichrist and worship it by receiving either the Mark of the Beast or the number of his name 666.
