I agree, a major pastime of the media today is to manufacture polls specifically the RCP average of polls.

Sounds to me like poll skew for the sake of psychological war.
Republican sponsored polls generally look for truth, even if their methodology is not accurate. Democrat polls are psy-ops from the word go.
